para emergencias<\/h2><p><strong>Las emergencias son inevitables.\u00a0<\/strong>Las entidades gubernamentales locales, las organizaciones sin fines de lucro y las empresas privadas trabajan para prevenir emergencias en sus respectivas industrias, pero un cierto porcentaje suceder\u00e1 independientemente de las medidas preventivas que se tomen.<\/p><p><strong>La Oficina de Manejo de Emergencias de Guadalupe (GOEM)\u00a0<\/strong>es una divisi\u00f3n dentro de la Ciudad de Guadalupe y es responsable de las actividades de mitigaci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n de respuesta y recuperaci\u00f3n relacionadas con emergencias y desastres de la ciudad.
