A partir del 6 de marzo de 2014, los proyectos de desarrollo que crean o reemplazan 2,500 pies cuadrados o m\u00e1s de superficie impermeable (techos o pavimento) deben incorporar medidas espec\u00edficas para reducir el escurrimiento. Los proyectos que crean o reemplazan menos de 5,000 pies cuadrados de superficie impermeable califican como proyectos peque\u00f1os de Nivel 1. Los proyectos que crean o reemplazan 5,000 pies cuadrados o m\u00e1s de superficie impermeable, excepto viviendas unifamiliares independientes, y viviendas unifamiliares que crean o reemplazan 15,000 pies cuadrados o m\u00e1s de superficie impermeable, requieren un Plan de Control de Aguas Pluviales (SCP, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) m\u00e1s completo. ya sea Nivel 2 o Nivel 2 y 3.<\/p><p>La Ciudad de Guadalupe est\u00e1 utilizando la Gu\u00eda T\u00e9cnica de Aguas Pluviales del Proyecto de Agua Limpia del Condado de Santa B\u00e1rbara como gu\u00eda para determinar qu\u00e9 Nivel(es) se aplican a los proyectos propuestos.
