Pol\u00edticas, procedimientos y programas para nuestros departamentos para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los organismos gubernamentales y legales es la dedicaci\u00f3n de RR.HH.; dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a un espacio de trabajo amigable y eficiente para los ciudadanos de Guadalupe.<\/p><p>Nuestra misi\u00f3n es:\u00a0 <em>Velar por el bienestar, la salud y la seguridad p\u00fablicos; preservar la tradici\u00f3n, oportunidad, encanto y patrimonio de la ciudad; garantizar una administraci\u00f3n positiva de los recursos para mejorar una comunidad saludable y viable y promover los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares y valores.<\/em><\/p><p>Recursos Humanos tambi\u00e9n es responsable de coordinar el reclutamiento y la contrataci\u00f3n de los empleados de Guadalupe, administrar el sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n y compensaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad, brindar oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional a sus empleados, adem\u00e1s de coordinar la compensaci\u00f3n por desempleo, los programas de licencia m\u00e9dica familiar y otras pol\u00edticas y procedimientos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>El Departamento de Recursos Humanos est\u00e1 ubicado en
