2023 Sewer Enhancement Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

(Project Completion Hearing)<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Guadalupe will conduct a public meeting on October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 918 Obispo St., Guadalupe, CA 93434 to discuss the performance and closeout of the 2023 Sewer Enhancement Project, which was funded by the Community Development Block Grant award provided by the California Department of Housing and Community Development.<\/p>\n

The following activities were completed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Construction of a new wastewater lift station and associated equipment to replace the old lift station<\/li>\n
  2. Installation of approximately 40 linear feet of new piping<\/li>\n
  3. Electrical upgrades to the site<\/li>\n
  4. The total funding provided was $3,534,908 of which $1,656,736.03 was used, and the remaining $1,878,171.97 will be disencumbered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are unable to attend the public meeting, you may submit written comments to the City of Guadalupe at City of Guadalupe, P.O. Box 908, Guadalupe, CA 93434, or you may contact the Administration Department \u00a0by telephone at 805-356-3891 or email at juana@ci.guadalupe.ca.us<\/a> \u00a0no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026, to ensure placement in the record of the public meeting.<\/p>\n

    POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que la Ciudad de Guadalupe llevar\u00e1 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n p\u00fablica el 13 de octubre de 2026 a las 6:00 p. m., en el 918 Obispo St. Guadalupe, CA 93434, para tratar sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n y el cierre del Proyecto de Mejora del Sistema de Alcantarillado de 2023, financiado mediante la subvenci\u00f3n en bloque para el desarrollo comunitario (CDBG, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) otorgada por el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Comunitario de California.<\/p>\n

    Se completaron las siguientes actividades:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Construcci\u00f3n de una nueva estaci\u00f3n de bombeo de aguas residuales y equipo asociado para reemplazar la estaci\u00f3n antigua.<\/li>\n
    2. Instalaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 40 pies lineales de tuber\u00eda nueva.<\/li>\n
    3. Mejoras el\u00e9ctricas en el sitio.<\/li>\n
    4. El financiamiento total otorgado fue de $3,534,908; de esta cantidad se utilizaron $1,656,736.03 y los $1,878,171.97 restantes ser\u00e1n liberados (cancelaci\u00f3n de fondos comprometidos).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
