NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., February 11, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2025-001-AP, an Appeal of the Planning Department’s decision to deny an application for Zoning Clearance to allow an enclosed addition at the back of a home located in the R-1-SP zoning district at 5000 Sandpiper Lane, Miriam Navarro Appellant, APN 113-380-037
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, February 7, 2025, and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org.
