NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., December 10, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.

The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2024-004-LS, a request by Gustavo Alvarez for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 0.22-acre parcel into two lots for residential purposes in the R-1 (low density) single-family residential zoning district, on property located on the northeast side of Eleventh Street, seventy-five feet northwesterly of Obispo Street  (4513 Eleventh Street), Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-041-024.

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, December 6, 2024, and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org .
