The City of Guadalupe requires your signature to start services, therefore, you must come into the Finance Department.  You may also begin service by mailing a written request to:

Transferring City utility services to a new location within the City may be done by calling (805) 356-3896.  Be sure to have your current utility account number when you call.

A Utility Start Service Form can be downloaded (English / Spanish), printed, completed in full and faxed to us at: (805) 343-0542

If the residence or business is occupied, refuse services is required.  Call Waste Management at 805.922.2121

Utility bills are mailed monthly.
