POR EL PRESENTE SE DA AVISO que el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Guadalupe celebrará una Audiencia Pública en 6:00 p.m., May 12, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Design Review Permit 2026-006-DR, for Gonzales Family Apartments, a fifteen-unit apartment complex, on a 1.0-acre portion of a 3.02 acre parcel, in the R-2 (medium density) zoning district at 1057 Gularte Lane (APN 115-230-043).
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, May 8, 2026, and City’s website at www.ciudaddeguadalupe.org.
