NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OPERATOR OF THE ROYAL THEATRE
POR EL PRESENTE SE DA AVISO that the City of Guadalupe is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, nonprofit foundations, arts and cultural organizations, and experienced individuals or teams to serve as the Royal Theatre Operator, Foundation and Programming Partner (“Partner”) for the Royal Theatre Project and related improvements located at 848 Guadalupe Street, Guadalupe, California 93434.
RFP DOCUMENTS:
The complete Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the City of Guadalupe’s website under Bid Documents at www.ciudaddeguadalupe.org beginning July 20, 2026.
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL:
Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically to David Trujillo, City Administrator, at dtrujillo@ci.guadalupe.ca.us. One (1) hard copy shall also be mailed to:

Electronic proposals received after 5:00 p.m. on the due date will not be considered.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
The City of Guadalupe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request additional information, negotiate with one or more respondents, or reissue the Request for Proposals if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
