Notice of Fifth Round Review of Draft Housing Element

 NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW AND TRANSMITTAL OF THE

DRAFT 6^TH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT (FIFTH REVIEW)

TO HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD)

FOR THE CITY OF GUADALUPE

POR EL PRESENTE SE DA AVISO that a copy of the fifth-round revisions of the Draft Housing Element is available for review in the Planning Department beginning no later than August 17, 2024, at 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

Once the draft document has been tentatively approved by HCD, staff will prepare and circulate an environmental document for public review.  Upon completion of the public review, the City Council will conduct a final public hearing to adopt the environmental document, including review and transmittal of the 6^th Cycle Draft Housing Element to the State HCD for final review.

Copies of the draft document will be available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California and City’s website at www.ciudaddeguadalupe.org on or after Saturday, August 17, 2024.
