POR EL PRESENTE SE DA AVISO que el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Guadalupe celebrará una Audiencia Pública en 6:00 p.m., January 28, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2024-054-CUP, a request by Jason Sahagun for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a vehicle tow and storage yard on a 4,750 square-foot property in the M-C (Commercial-Industrial) zoning district at 301 Guadalupe Street, Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-163-013.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, January 24, 2025, and City’s website at www.ciudaddeguadalupe.org.
