NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
POR EL PRESENTE SE DA AVISO that the City of Guadalupe is soliciting proposals from qualified landscaping contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for various public areas within the city limits.
RFP DOCUMENTS: The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available under Bid Documents on the City of Guadalupe’s homepage at www.ciudaddeguadalupe.org
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: The proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, August 15, 2025. Proposals received after the specific deadline will be rejected. Each respondent shall submit an original and two (2) copies of their proposal described in the RFP in a sealed enveloped address to:

Re: Landscape Maintenance Services
The City reserves the right to reject any proposals or waive any irregularities in the proposal process.
The successful contractor will be required to obtain a business license from the City and pay related fees.
