Highway 1 Lift Station
GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION: The work involves replacement of the Highway 1 sewage lift station, installation of approximately 40 feet of gravity sewer pipe, associated site work, and modifications to existing manholes.
Guadalupe Transit Hub
General Work Description: The work involves removing existing curb and/or gutter, sidewalk/walkways, driveways, curb ramps, asphalt and aggregate base, concrete pavement and aggregate, monument sign, trees, wall and pillars, various utility service, and railroad car. Installing new concrete curbs, driveway, sidewalks, ramps, reinforced concrete pavement, permeable roman pavers, class 2 aggregate base, signing and striping, new utility services, and other work indicated on the plans.
Las Mujeres Park (Formerly Central Park) Renovation Project
General Work Description: The work involves the renovation of Las Mujeres Park (formerly Central Park), including construction of a skate park, halft basketball court, bocce ball court, dog park, picnic areas, reconstruction of the existing parking lot, installation of pre-manufactured restroom, landscaping, and other items as specified in the Contract Documents.
Guadalupe Jr. High Sidewalk
The work involves the construction of sidewalks and one curb ramp along Arroyo Secco Road.
