Transit Hub (Amtrak Station) Project

General Work Description: The work involves removing existing curb and/or gutter, sidewalk/walkways, driveways, curb ramps, asphalt and aggregate base, concrete pavement and aggregate, monument sign, trees, wall and pillars, various utility service, and railroad car. Installing new concrete curbs, driveway, sidewalks, ramps, reinforced concrete pavement, permeable roman pavers, class 2 aggregate base, signing and striping, new utility services, and other work indicated on the plans.

Las Mujeres Park (Central Park) Project

General Work Description: The work involves the renovation of Las Mujeres Park (formerly Central Park), including construction of a skate park, half basketball court, bocce ball court, dog park, picnic areas, reconstruction of the existing parking lot, installation of pre-manufactured restroom, landscaping, and other items as specified in the Contract Documents.

Guadalupe Jr. High School Sidewalk Project

General Work Description: The work involves the construction of sidewalks and one curb ramp along Arroyo Secco Road.

Royal Theatre Project

General Work Description: The scope of work includes the historic renovation of the Royal Theatre to California Historic Code; the new construction of a one-story performing arts building; and landscape work, which includes an amphitheater, parking lot, and a plaza.

Economic Development Administration: This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.

Pioneer Lift Station Project

General Work Description: The work involves the replacement of the Pioneer sewage lift station, the installation of approximately 40 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe, and the installation of approximately 500 feet of 4-inch force main pipe, and other items as specified in the Contract Documents.
