AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GUADALUPE, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE 2022-505 AND ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 8 OF TITLE 15 OF THE GUADALUPE MUNICIPAL CODE
