NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 28, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, Ca.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider adding Chapter 15.17, Hydrogen Fueling Stations, to the Guadalupe Municipal Code. This chapter is being added as required by SB 1418, enacted in September 2024.
Copies of the staff report will be available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California, on or after Friday, July 24, 2026, and on the City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org.
