NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., September 22, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider the HASBARCO Pioneer Street Apartment project. The project is a seven-unit bonus density apartment project (2026-039-DR) at 855 Pioneer Street (APN 155-091-006).
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, September 18, 2026, and on the City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org.
