The City of Guadalupe’s website is continuously updated. While the goal is to keep information accurate and timely, the City neither warrants nor makes representations or endorsements as to content, accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, hyperlinks, and other items contained in our servers. Information has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice from the City as a result of updates, additions and corrections.

The City of Guadalupe is neither responsible nor liable for any viruses or other contamination of or damage to your system nor for inaccuracies, errors or omissions arising out of your use of the site with the respect to the material contained on the site, including without limitation, any material posted on the site, interactive features of this site or e-mail from this site. A third party collects information on user traffic to our website. This information may include, but is not limited to, the date and time of your visit to our website, any site from which you may have been referred to our website, the type of computer browser you are using, the identity of your internet provider and the specific computer address (Internet Protocol or IP Address) assigned to your computer by your internet provider. This information is used by the City to track user activity, monitor trends, gauge server performance and improve our website.

The City may contract with a third party to provide e-commerce services in fulfilling its customer service mission. In using these services, user e-mail addresses and other personal information may be collected by the contractor. If you do not wish to have this information collected, please notify the vendor directly. The City does not assume responsibility for information collected by third party vendors.

City does NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. The City does NOT knowingly allow children under the age of thirteen to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally-identifiable contact information.
