NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., January 28, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2024-036-LS, a request by Christina Shallanberger, (Applicant) representing Carlos Casteneda (Property Owner), for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 0.53-acre parcel into two lots. The property is located in the MIX (Mixed-Use) zoning district at 640 and 718 Guadalupe Street, Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-140-004.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, January 24, 2025, and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org .
