NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., January 28, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2025-057-DR, a request by Tina Mukai (Applicant) representing Masatani Properties, LLC I (owner), for the 8th Street Apartments, a seven-unit apartment project on a 0.75-acre property located in the R-3 (High-Density) residential zoning district at 4646 Eighth Street, Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-121-010.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, January 24, 2025, and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org.
