 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., November 12, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe.

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider amendments to the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance, Chapter 18.53 of the Guadalupe Municipal Code, along with a number of other miscellaneous minor revisions, with a first reading of Ordinance No. 2024-521. The ADU amendments are required to ensure compliance with recently enacted changes in state law.

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org on or after Friday, November 8, 2024. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that if you challenge the approval of this text amendment, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at public hearings before the City or in written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
