NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CIRCULATE A DRAFT NEGATIVE DECLARATION, AND SUBSEQUENTLY REVIEW AND TRANSMIT THE DRAFT 6TH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT
TO HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD)
FOR THE CITY OF GUADALUPE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on March 25, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA
The City Council will conduct a public hearing and direct staff to circulate a draft Negative Declaration and return for a final public hearing to approve the Negative Declaration and adopt the Final Housing Element and transmit it to the State HCD for a final adoption.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California and City’s website at www.cityofguadalupe.org on or after Friday, March 21, 2025. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that if you challenge the approval of this project, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at public hearings before the City or in written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
