NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE PART 2 UPDATE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 10, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California to consider the following matter:
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE PART 2 UPDATE- The City Council will consider an update of the Master Fee Schedule to change the fixed fees in Part 2, Page B-5, of the Master Fee Schedule for specific Planning Department services to full cost recovery with minimum deposit amounts.
In compliance with Government Code Section 66016, data indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the services(s) for which the fee or service charge is levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the service(s) shall be available for public inspection at City Hall by Wednesday, November 27, 2024, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the Public Hearing.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that if you challenge the approval of this text amendment, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at public hearings before the City or in written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
