The City of Guadalupe requires your signature to start services, therefore, you must come into the Finance Department. You may also begin service by mailing a written request to:

Transferring City utility services to a new location within the City may be done by calling (805) 356-3896. Be sure to have your current utility account number when you call.
A Utility Start Service Form can be downloaded, printed, completed in full and faxed to us at: (805) 343-0542
If the residence or business is occupied, refuse services is required. Call Waste Management at 805.922.2121
Utility bills are mailed monthly.
You may call the Finance Department at (805) 356-3896, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
